Oak Fire Burns Acres In Moreno Valley

MORENO VALLEY, CA — Firefighters Sunday reached 98% containment of a vegetation fire that burned 46 acres in the community of Ordway, north of Moreno Valley.

The blaze initially burned 10 acres of grass at a moderate rate of spread, prompting the deployment of ground and air resources. No injuries were reported and there were no immediate threats to structures.
