PRR: Employee Roster and Payroll

After the Raids on April 22, 2015, the Beaumont City Council and corrupt Staff eliminated some employee positions like Grounds Keepers and Maintenance workers to pretend the City was reducing its Budget, but the City actually increased the Budget by $3 Million. While maintenance staff was eliminated more money was funneled to lawyers and consultants.

Beaumont City Manager Todd Parton was brought in from Texas and started working in Beaumont on October 31, 2016. Parton was never qualified to be Beaumont's City Manger as he knows nothing about California State Laws and has zero experience with city management of populations over 20,000. Parton's only 'qualification' is that he has experience forging government documents in order to defraud banking institutions to acquire federal municipal bonds.

When Parton became City Manager Payroll was roughly $700,000/month. I can not say exactly as the City has removed past Agendas and Minutes from their Website in violation of our California Public Records' Act.

Then Parton created an 'Assistant Manager' position and gifted the title to his Texas girlfriend with a degree in 'Parks and Recreation'. What's Kristine Ondrais-Day speciality besides finding stupid men to marry while she dogs after Parton, who's a married man: Ondrais-Day forges government documents for her man just like former City Clerk Shelby Hanvey used to do for former Finance Director Bill Aylward.

Beaumont Payroll is now over $1 Million/month and it's been discovered that Parton has brought in another person from Texas to milk the City's payroll and this one is an old woman. Is this another girlfriend for Parton, or this somebody's mother on the payroll?

Name and Job Title of Every Employee, Consultant, and Contractor that has access to the City's website.

All communication to/from Every Elected & Appointed Official and Contractor involved with the City's Website from January 2019 to Present. 'All Communication' includes, but is not limited to email, meeting notes, texts, letters, and/or agenda items.
