Public Safety Memorial Applications

In 2016, the City began charging a $50 application fee to add a name to the Beaumont Public Safety Memorial. The fee was set to cover the cost of engraving on the granite panels without using City funds. The City received no applications and added no names in 2016. The application period is open for 2017 and a private donor has come forward and agreed to pay all costs associated with engraving.

If you have a friend or loved one who lived in or served the Beaumont area during their career, we encourage you to submit an application. All applications must be received by Thursday, September 21st at 5:00 p.m. The City of Beaumont will unveil the names and pay tribute during a public ceremony on Saturday, October 14, 2017.
