Ralph Nader to Keynote Annual WRCOG Expo

Tickets cost $45 to attend the event, which will be held in Temecula.

The Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) and the Western Riverside County Clean Cities Coalition will host the 15th Annual Advancing the Choice Expo on Thursday, September 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the South Coast Winery, Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA.

This event will feature Ralph Nader as the Keynote Speaker.

Named by Time magazine as “One of the 100 Most Influential Americans of the 20th Century”, and by The Atlantic as “One of the 100 Most Influential Figures in American History”, Mr. Nader has spearheaded efforts that have resulted in national policies for safer cars, healthier foods, cleaner air, cleaner water, and safer work environments for more than four decades.

This year’s Expo theme, “Roadmap to a Net Zero Emissions Future,” will explore how alternative fuels, energy efficiency, and sustainable planning work together to create healthy communities. The event will include three panel sessions featuring an array of industry experts, leading up to the lunchtime keynote presentation by Mr. Nader. Post-lunch activities include a networking reception, exhibition space, and special “Ride-and-Drive” opportunities to test drive the latest in alternative fuel vehicles.
