RivCo Candidate Filing Deadline Approaching For June Election
Anyone interested in running for office in the June 5 primary election may file papers for candidacy by March 9.

From the County of Riverside: Anyone interested in running for office in the June 5 primary election may file papers for candidacy until 5 p.m. Friday (March 9). If an incumbent fails to file, the deadline for that office is extended to 5 p.m. on March 14 for everyone except the incumbent.
The Registrar of Votersā staff is available to help prospective candidates complete the necessary paperwork and to answer questions. Candidates unsure about the local district offices for which they are eligible, based on residency, should contact the Registrar of Voters office for help. Candidates will receive informational handbooks at the time they obtain their papers.
