SCAQMD Proposes 1/2 Cent Tax on Four Polluted Counties
SCAQMD asking Legislature for Sales Tax Increase for Orange, the non-desert portions of Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
The South Coast Air Quality Management District is proposing a one-half cent sales tax on the four most polluted Counties.
