TEMECULA, CA— Riverside County residents who happened to be in the right place at the right time this week caught sight of a SpaceX launch in the dusk sky.

SpaceX announced in a recent news release that on Tuesday at 8:40 p.m., it launched 20 Starlink satellites into orbit on Falcon9. Those included 13 with Direct To Cell capabilities, which were launched into "low-Earth orbit" from the Vandenberg Space Force Station in California.

Indeed, the rocket trail was low in the western sky, but the launch was visible from parts of Arizona, according to numerous social media reports.
