RSVP for the Groundbreaking was January 7th, I wanted to announce this Ceremony because it is a landmark day for Banning. Progress, a day many have waited years for. The ceremony will be held at the Stagecoach Plaza Parking Lot, 3317 West Ramsey Street, Banning.
