This is a reminder- January 26, next Sunday ~ yes it is that time of year for the price of our First Class U.S. Postal Stamp to go up $.03. - making the price of a U.S. First Class stamp $.049. So for those of us who still send out mail, and do not have the Forever Stamps, here is a reminder.
Last week ~ what a week we had here in the San Gorgonio pass ~ Banning, Morongo. The opening of In-N-Out Restaurant at Morongo; groundbreaking of the Sunset Avenue Railroad Grade Separation, in Banning, at Sunset and Ramsey. All this progress among the beauty of the Pass, truly we are fortunate.
This Sunday morning I would like to say thank you for I am new to Blogging, not new to writing. A bit more about me: I graduated from UC Santa Barbara many moons ago ~ grew up in Goleta/Santa Barbara ~ worked/lived in New York ~ and have lived in the heart of Banning for 11 years.
What I would like to say about our town/city is that I have come accustomed to the beauty surrounding us, the Mariah winds, well we are becoming friends . . . So for this week thank you, and have a great Sunday, and a great week ahead. ~ laura.
