HOA's the Good and the Bad
Home Owners Associations are controlling oversight boards for new communities. They affect the communities they preside over in both general and specific ways. Generally they can be divided into two categories. Where your community is in a “sold out” state, or where the developer is still “selling”. How they respond to concerns about the Gateway project may be a direct by-product of which type of development (i.e. Tournament Hills vs. Solera) that you reside in.
