Long known among locals as a lucky spot, it was in 2013 that the store bankrolled a $36 millionaire— after having just sold a $6.5 million ticket months earlier.

Since then, the luck has continued for several people who’ve bought tickets from the lottery retailer, including a recent $10,000 scratcher pay out.

Time will tell if the luck will continue following tonight’s drawing. Remember, if you’re looking to buy a ticket for Powerball, sales close promptly at 7 p.m. in California.
