The Peninsula Art Museum in Belmont is proud to present a new exhibit, "Visions: The Imagined Universe," composed of paintings and original prints by Jesse Allen. With a very distinct style, Jesse Allen's paintings and original prints are incredibly alive, filled with plants and animals that may (or may not) relate to the "real" world. Reality doesn't matter, line, pattern, and colors do, with an intensity and complexity that demands the viewer's attention. This show will be on display from October 17th through December 24th.
An Opening Reception will be held on the 17th from 1pm to 4pm, giving you a chance to see the exhibit for the first time, mingle with other art enthusiasts and talk to the artist! For more information please visit the Peninsula Art Museum website.
