Police say the shooting may be gang-related.

A teen-age boy was shot and wounded early today in an apparent gang-related attack in the driveway of his home in Long Beach, police said.

The shooting was reported shortly after midnight in the 2000 block of East 15th Street, said Long Beach police Sgt. Rico Fernandez. The teen was hospitalized in guarded condition, Fernandez said.

The gunman, described only as a male, fired at the teen and another family member, and then ran off, Fernandez said.
