The fondue is on, my niece Elena's helping me make it. She's amazing! I totally mess it up every time. Today, though, I want to share with you the video of Dale Dougherty, who is the Maker of the Maker Community, talking about making.

Elena's fondue recipe:
--1 C. of dry white wine, let simmer.

--1/2 C. emmentaler cheese
1/2 C. of gruyere cheese
1 Tbsp. of flour
1/4 tsp salt
Shred cheeses together.
Simmer wine (low flame) 5 minutes. Slowly add cheese. 1/4 c at a time, letting melt before adding the next 1/4 cup (This is where Elena is amazing! So patient!)
Stir constantly. Season with salt and stir in flour (slowly adding). That's it! When it's mostly homogenous, enjoy! (it's so good!)
