Moneyballs Misses Metrics

I'm sure would-be U.S.A.C.E.O. Romney would agree:  metrics rule.  

Time-of-possession is the purest metric.*

Debate 1:  Obama +4
Debate 2:  Obama +3

So, while Romney reduced Obama's T.O.P. in Debate 2 by 25%, he still suffers a 7-point deficit going into Debate 3.
