Do You Have a Winning Personality

I recently did a post titled The Interconnected Internet.  It was about how the internet connects things.  It's like a spider's web.  Worldwide even. (Egad, how cliche!)

Today I want to write to you about one production team's search for contestants... prospective winners... on Patch.  Then, someday, I think I want to write to you a post called "How to Reach a Blogger" or "How to Get a Blogger to Write About Your Work and Your Projects".

An appeal on the Patch Announcements section today caught my eye.  The poster is eye catching.  It looks almost like an ad (hey, it is!) "Feeling Lucky?" it asks.  So I clicked the link.

The producers of the game show "Deal or No Deal" are putting on a new game show for cable tv - name and channel undisclosed, it's secret.  I have my thoughts about what channel it could be, but I'll keep those secret too.

So, they're looking for big personalities, high energy SoCal folks to be on the show.  TONS-O-FUN are promised in this game of chance.  There will be no singing, no dancing, no trivia (you don't have to know anything, it's a game of chance).

However! There will be risk taking.  Hm. They didn't say no eating bugs.  That's a risk.

They want BIG personalities.

As you might do, I thought briefly about myself.  My personality is big when I write and do things.  Not so much in person.  Especially not on TV - no re-takes or edits permitted.  I'm really very shy.

So I think about my friends with BIG personalities.  I have one in mind and sent it to her.  So, my new Production team of Deal or No Deal friends.  If my friend calls you, know that I sent her your way.
