Casale Del Giglio was first discovered in 1968 in the Agro Pontino Valley, 30 miles south of Rome. Known for new wave reds, which tell an exciting Italian story of a vast array of international varieties- often blended and barrique aged. Executive Chef David Coleman will prepare a special 5-course menu paired with a variety of Casale Del Giglio wines.
