I'm rambling, I know. Lots of thoughts that I've stored away are coming to the surface here. I'd edit, but there's lots to do today, I can't begin to tell you.
I love looking at what works and what doesn't on the internet. I'm getting a lot of experience, here on the Patch Blog, also on my You Tube channels, Squigglemom, and now Talking Scout and TasteTests. Enabled by Google+. It's so much fun experimenting. I think I'm actually getting pretty good at it.
Take Ford, for instance.
The reason I'm thinking about Ford is because I'm headed to the Ford Eco Boost Challenge today(http://fordecoboostchallengedrive.com) , but what I'm thinking about is my post, a Camper Van of Today.
You see, I am often reminded of the post I did around the time I was dreaming of VW Buses and looking at Ford Transit as a Camper Van alternative. I think it must have been - and is climbing as - my most read post. Google has indexed it pretty high, and my knowledge about the Ford Transit got me interviewed at the Ford booth at the Maker Faire in May. Perhaps you've seen it on this Patch site, under the popular stories section.
I met a couple of very cool videographers at the Maker Faire there. They were professional... I'm very amateur. I exchanged names with them, but lost their card or I'd share it with you. Nice fellows, both of them.
The Tesla is a hot spot. Well read and my video is climbing. My friend wants me to try to catch a ride in the autonomous Google Car.
But for today, (after I visit Bad Dog tools at the NBM show), I'm going to check out the Eco Vehicles, take some videos and blog a bit.
