Tuesday, September 6

FELONY SUSPECTS ARRESTED – 1300 block of Pine Avenue – 9:30 p.m. Officers responded to the scene of a robbery and contacted an adult male victim. The victim reported two adult male suspects approached him, threatened violence and stole his property. Officers searched the area and located the two robbery suspects. Officers took the suspects into custody and recovered the victim’s property. The victim was not injured. -- Council District 1

ASSAULT – 4500 block of Orange Avenue – 10:30 p.m. Two adult male suspects assaulted an adult male victim outside of a local business. The victim sustained non-life threat injuries to his upper torso. The Long Beach Fire Department transported the victim to a local hospital for medical treatment. The investigation is ongoing. -- Council District 7
