BURGLARY – 5700 block of Atlantic Avenue – 4:30 a.m. Patrol officers responded to a burglary alarm activation at a local business and discovered suspect(s) had broken into the building. Officers secured the business and found merchandise had been stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

An adult male
subject was walking on the sidewalk when an adult male suspect in passenger car
approached him and demanded the victim’s property under the threat of violence.
The victim gave his property to the suspect and ran from the scene. The
