• Crib Notes: Belvedere's 'house of dreams' sells for $16.9 mil (thearknewspaper.com) — A landmark waterfront estate at 125 Belvedere Ave., known as Casa dei Sogni, has finally sold in a pre-auction deal for $16.92 million after years on and off the market. The 5,100-square-foot Mediterranean-style Belvedere villa, with guest house, private dock and San Francisco skyline views, went for nearly $3.9 million more than its 2015 sale price but below its last asking price.
   

• Mallard Pointe tenants move out, but demolition still awaits city permit (thearknewspaper.com) — Mallard Pointe tenants in Belvedere have now moved out, but demolition of their 22 apartments can't begin until the city finishes reviewing a key bulkhead permit that protects Belvedere Lagoon. The city just hired engineering firm Foth to oversee demolition and bulkhead replacement, aiming to ensure the developer follows local codes and lagoon-safety requirements.
