Coroner IDs Man Found Dead In Fairfield Park

The Solano County coroner’s office has identified the man who was found dead in a Fairfield park Thursday morning as Alejandro Santos, 52, of Fairfield.

Fairfield police were notified at 6:30 a.m. of the death in Allan Witt Park. Santos was found lying in the grass and appeared to have died from natural causes, Lt. Kevin Carella said.

Police said Witt was a local transient.
