Coroner IDs Man Who Killed Brother, Himself In Fairfield

The Solano County coroner’s office has released the name of a man who killed his brother and then himself at a Fairfield residence Friday.

Sue Choy Saechao, 29, was the alleged shooter who took his own life, according to the coroner’s office. The name of the brother Saechao fatally shot has not been released.

A man called police around 11 p.m. Friday to report a shooting by a family member, Lt. Kevin Carella said. Police found Saechao and his 31-year-old brother dead of gunshot wounds inside the residence in the 2600 block of Beecham Court, Carella said.

Police said the incident was a murder-suicide that is still under investigation.
