Emergency-Preparedness Training Coming Up In Benicia

BENICIA, CA – Sign-ups are underway for upcoming BERT, Emergency Preparedness Training for Benicia residents.

All classes, except for March 24, are held at Fire Station 11, 150 Military West and are hosted by the Benicia Emergency Response Team and Benicia Fire Department.

• Feb 12 - 6:00-9:00: (Disaster Medicine, FRS Radios, Light Search & Rescue)
• Feb 26 - 6:00-9:00: (BERT History, Disaster Psychology, ID Photos)
• Mar 5 - 6:00-9:00: - (Terrorism, BERT Shelter in Place)
• Mar 12 - 6:00-9:00: (Course Review and Disaster Simulation)
• Mar 24 - 9:00-1:00: (Completion - Saturday Skills Day @ Fire Museum)
