BENICIA, CA — Check out this shot! Benicia Patch reader Susan Hill said she took this dockside Carquinez Strait photo the morning of Sept. 1 at the end of West C Street at the public access road. "It was during the heat wave and I was trying to show how still the water was so early in the morning," she explained.
