Newsom's administration to change a proposed Bay-Delta water plan they say could sharply cut Lake Berryessa supplies, risking local homes, jobs and businesses. City leaders, chambers of commerce and major employers argue the Putah Creek Accord should guide rules instead, warning that unreliable deliveries could hit Benicia and neighboring communities as often as every few years.

  • Hi everyone about 50 minutes ago a dog with a leash looked like tge color of a datsun but another 15 lbs had a short leash call to him ranafter him a bit but he ran into the back toward the front unit of the second entrance of Bayview villas heading
