Photos Of Car In Vallejo Hit-And-Run Of Stroller Released By Police
BREAKING: A 2-year-old boy and his 3-year-old sister were rushed to a hospital after the car struck them Sunday, according to police.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Vallejo police have released photos of the car driven by a suspect in a hit-and-run collision Sunday evening on Turner Parkway near Foothill Drive that left two small children critically injured. Police said in an update Monday night that after following several leads, they believe the vehicle was an early 2000s-model four-dour white Acura TL sedan with a sunroof.
Vallejo police Lt. Michael Nichelini said the surveillance images show the suspect vehicle after the collision. It is likely the car does not have any license plates, he added.
Nichelini also gave an update on the condition of the children, a 2-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl who according to police were being pushed by their mother in a stroller when the car hit them, throwing them from the stroller.
