Restaurant: Impossible Episode Showcasing Pappas will Air Wednesday

Benicia foodies who are anxious to see the Food Network’s “Restaurant: Impossible” episode detailing the makeover of won’t have to wait much longer.  The show will debut this Wednesday, May 9 at 10 p.m.

The r while the worked with the owners and staff and $10,000 to give the restaurant and its menu a new look.

Check back on Patch for articles about , pictures from and a first-hand account of what it was like to work on the show as a member of the production crew.  

Some of the articles will appear next Monday, because Patch, like all other area media outlets agreed not to print any articles about the actual event until five days after the show airs.
