Solano County Mom Accused Of DUI With Daughter, 7, In Car: Police
The woman was arrested following a crash in Hercules.
HERCULES, CA — A Vallejo woman was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and child endangerment after a crash with her 7-year-old daughter in the vehicle, according to Hercules Police. The police department did not report any injuries.
The crash happened last Friday just after 6:30 p.m on San Pablo Avenue near Sycamore Avenue.
Police say that 30-year-old Noemi Cervantes showed obvious signs of being under the influence of alcohol.
