Suspect Wanted For Car Break-In Arrested: UPDATE

Police last week were seeking the 22-year-old woman from Fairfield in connection with a crime at the Red Top Road Park-and-Ride.

SOLAN COUNTY, CA – A 22-year-old Fairfield woman, wanted by police in connection with a vehicular break-in at the Red Top Road Park-and-Ride in Fairfield, was taken into custody Friday, police said.

Fairfield Police Department detectives on Thursday served a search warrant in the 5000 block of Oakbrook Circle in Fairfield seeking Rheanna Gomez, who was identified as one of two burglary suspects in the case after detectives reviewed surveillance footage of the Dec. 14 incident, police said.

Gomez initially was not present, but Lance Johnson, a 32-year-old Fairfield resident, was there and arrested for various alleged narcotics violations, police said.

At about 3 p.m. Friday, officers learned Gomez was at the Oakbrook house, so detectives returned to the property and arrested the woman, the agency said.
