TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Solano County Roundabout Paving Planned
One-way traffic control will be in effect at state Highways 12 and 113 for four nights of paving. Also, Birds Landing Road is set to reopen.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA —Caltrans has issued a traffic advisory for state Highways 12 and 113 at the new roundabout near Rio Vista. Four nights of paving are scheduled to begin Friday. The roadwork will take place from 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 until 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14; from 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 until 8 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15; from 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16 until 5 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17; and from 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 until 5 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18.
No overnight work is scheduled Sunday night, Sept. 15 into Monday morning, Sept. 16, according to Janis Mara, spokeswoman for Caltrans District 4.
"The roundabout will be open at all times with one-way traffic control," Mara said. "Flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic."

Caltrans also noted that as of noon Sunday, Sept. 15, Birds Landing Road reopens at the roundabout.
"Birds Landing Road was closed to the roundabout earlier in order to accommodate construction on the roundabout," Mara said.
