VIDEO: Help Benicia Police Identify This Robbery Suspect
Police are hoping someone recognizes this suspect shown robbing a Benicia pizza place.
BENICIA, CA — Police in Benicia have asked for the public's help in identifying a man they say robbed a local pizza place. The robbery was reported at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 18 at Papa Murphy's on Columbus Parkway, officials with the Benicia Police Department police said Tuesday in a social media post.
A man came into the business and told an employee at the counter that he had a gun and told her to empty the register, police said.
The robber then left with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.

No one was hurt in the robbery, police noted.
Benicia police said their hope is that by releasing the above video of the robbery, someone on the Internet will recognize the suspect.
