Police Investigate Woman's Death In Berkeley As Homicide

BERKELEY, CA — Police say they're investigating a woman's death in Berkeley as a homicide.

It's unclear how the woman was killed or what led police to believe she was killed.

A property manager found the woman inside her apartment in the 1900 block of California Street Saturday afternoon, the Berkeley Police Department said.

She was identified by only as a Berkeley resident in her 30s.

Police ask that anyone with more information contact the department's homicide unit at 510-981-5741.
