Annual BUSD Developer Fee Report Released
The report will be presented at the district's December 6 meeting.
BERKELEY, CA —The Berkeley Unified School District has completed and is making available for public review its proposed ANNUAL DEVELOPER FEE REPORT AND FIVE–YEAR DEVELOPER FEE FINDINGS pursuant to Government Code section 66006(b)(2) for the fiscal year ending June 30,2023. The Fee Report is available for public review on the District’s website.
The Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

The public meeting for this purpose will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable.
