Armed Robber Steals Laptop In Berkeley
The theft took place around 8:30 p.m. Friday at 2728 Durant Ave.
BERKELEY, CA -- Police are asking the public for help finding a man with a gun who stole a laptop computer Friday night in Berkeley.
Described as an armed robbery by police, the theft took place around 8:30 p.m. at 2728 Durant Ave. The suspect fled eastbound on Durant, police said.
Officers from the Berkeley and University of California police departments searched the area but didn't find the suspect.

Police described the suspect as a black man in his 30s, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the logo "Sean John" and black pants and carrying a black handgun.
