Back-To-School COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics In Berkeley

The clinics will be held on Thursday and Saturday. Use the link to register for an appointment and fill out paperwork in advance.

BERKELEY, CA — Berkeley Unified School District will host two additional COVID vaccine clinics this week, prior to the first day of school on August 15. Anyone aged 6 months and older may receive a primary series vaccination or a booster, as eligible.

Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to obtain the vaccine. If a parent or legal guardian is not available to accompany the student, fill out this consent form and have your student bring it to the clinic.
