BERKELEY, CA —A man who went missing in Berkeley was found safe Tuesday morning, police said.
Kurt Williams, 24, was reported missing by Berkeley police on Monday evening.
Police released a photo of Williams on social media, and a resident alerted officers after spotting him in downtown Berkeley on Tuesday morning.
