The Centennial Mountain Vineyard Tasting features the winery’s coveted Nebbiolo, and the pioneering Carricante and Nerello Mascalese wines, among others. To showcase how beautifully the wines pair with food, the winery also offers a delicious Wine and Sushi Pairing from nearby Asahi Sushi, one of Healdsburg’s most popular dining destinations.
Guests can also enhance their tasting experience with a curated salumi board from Journeyman Meat Company. This generous accompaniment features six house-made salumi, crostini, cornichons, olives, and a selection of local cheese that serves 2 to 5 guests.
