Día de Muertos Celebración: Ceremony, Ofrenda, Son Jarocho & Food!

Celebrate Día de Muertos at La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley on Sunday, November 1, from 5:00–9:00 PM! RSVP HERE.

Join us for a free, family-friendly evening honoring our ancestors and loved ones through bilingual children's storytime, crafts, a community altar and Ceremony of the Four Directions, live Son Jarocho music, and a participatory fandango. Bring photos or offerings for the altar and instruments to join the music! This is a family-friendly event.

Presented in collaboration with Mayra Hernández and María De La Rosa, this annual gathering brings our community together through tradition, remembrance, and celebration.
