Tuesdays, 5 to 6 pm -- Connie Barbour Room
It’s an Exercise Class, It’s a Dance Class. It’s Fun, Fit and Free for the first class. We will get cardiovascular exercise while learning standard dances, swing combinations, Latin rhythms and other moves and grooves. We will create, put together combinations and jam in a supportive environment.
Gentle Exercise and Tap Technique - 5 to 5:30 pm.
