BERKELEY, CA — Someone in the Berkeley area has a bright spot shining in their life right now — a lotto ticket purchased in Berkeley is worth $15,256.

The ticket was for the SuperLotto Plus drawing that was held Saturday. It matched the first 5 numbers but missed the mega number. A second ticket sold down in Brea also match 5, winning the same amount as the Berkeley ticket-holder.

The ticket was purchased at S P Gas & Food Mart, 1580 San Pablo Ave.
