Northbound Shattuck Avenue Closed For Police Activity
It's happening near the campus of University of California at Berkeley campus.

BERKELEY, CA — Police in Berkeley say they've closed the northbound lanes of Shattuck Avenue between Dwight Way and Blake Street, near the campus of University of California at Berkeley, for unspecified police activity this morning.
Police warned the public as of about 9 a.m. to expect those roads to remain closed for the next few hours.
Earlier this morning, a California Highway Patrol plane flew low around central Berkeley while helping another law enforcement agency serve warrants, prompting residents to complain on social media that they had been awakened by the plane.

The CHP didn't elaborate on which agency the plane was helping, but information from FlightRadar.com showed the plane flying in circles around the central part of the city around 6 a.m. today.
