This mindful detox program will kick start healthy and sustainable daily habits around food and lifestyle that will last for years to come. It will clear your digestive tract, remove toxins from your liver, and leave you feeling feel light and vibrant. You’ll begin to organize your physical environment and the way you think about your life so that you’ll have more clarity by the end of the program.
This program is perfect for you if:
You’re experiencing low energy, poor sleep quality, poor digestion, or a feeling of being bloated
You’re ready to make a lasting and positive change to improve your health and wellness
You can’t get out of a bad cycle (i.e., caffeine, sugar and alcohol)
You feel like you are stuck in your life
You have never done a cleanse and would like to try it
You have done cleanse previously and your body is craving for some more!
You feel like you’re out of control with your eating habits or your mind’s patterns
This program is specifically designed for busy individuals with demanding social, family, and life responsibilities. It can be modified according to individual needs. During the first week, you’ll begin reducing the amount of stimulants and depressants (e.g., caffeine and alcohol), sugar, and processed food in a kind and mindful manner so that your body is better prepared for a full-cleanse week. During the main cleanse week you will adhere to a diet that is clean yet also deeply nourishing. There is an emphasis on increased consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, and elimination of irritants and potential allergens so that body can return to its natural state, increasing vitality and immunity. No fasting or extreme detox techniques are required for this program. You will not be hungry but may experience fatigue and greater needs to sleep due to your body adjusting to the natural state without external stimulants. This workshop is perfect for those who are completely new to cleanse as well as those with experience. Options will be given depending on your experience level.

Ai is a sought-after yoga teacher and wellness coach in the Bay Area. She has studied nutritional science (BS from UCB) and is a full-time epidemiologist (PhD from Columbia), conducting research on meditation for cancer patients. Ai is passionate about empowering her students by helping them design a life that is true to their heart’s desire.
