Update: Missing Woman Located

Virginia (Ginny) Murphy was last seen in Albany, where she was described as disoriented.

Update:

Virginia Murphy has been located at a Bay Area hospital. Her whereabouts were established by dogged work by an officer for the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office in Washington state, where the missing person report was filed.

Kim Anderson, communications officer for GCSO, told Patch that she “kept calling until I found her.” Murphy had been admitted to El Camino Hospital in Mountain View “several days ago, so she was in a safe place.”
