Power Outage Affects Thousands in El Cerrito, Kensington, Albany and Berkeley

BREAKING: The wind has been roaring tonight, knocking out power around the Bay Area.

EAST BAY, CA - Two sweeping power outages have knocked out electricity to more than 6,000 customers in El Cerrito, Kensington, Albany and Berkeley, with smaller pockets of power also out.

PG&E crews are working to restore electricity. They hope to have power restored by 11 p.m.
