BERKELEY, CA -- Repairs are underway on a water main break in Berkeley this morning, according to the East Bay Municipal Utility District. The leak is at Grant and Blake streets, near the intersection of Dwight Way and Martin Luther King Jr. Way, the district said in a tweet just after 7 a.m.
