The Vallejo man has been charged with sexual abuse, according to an East Bay Times report.
BERKELEY, CA — A North Bay man suspected of dealing weed to high school students in Berkeley is being accused of raping a teenage girl who was trying to buy from him, according to a report from the East Bay Times.
Authorities say the 16-year-old victim contacted Uriel Alegre-Rangel, 22, on social media to buy a weed pen from him, according to the report.
In October, during their last encounter, Rangel tried to kiss the teen, but when she rejected him, he grabbed her wrists, pinned her down and raped her, according to the report.
