Beverly Hills DUI Checkpoint On St. Patrick's Day Yields No Arrests

BHPD are already planning another checkpoint.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Police made no arrests during a St. Patrick's Day DUI checkpoint that saw 1,300 motorists pass through, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

The checkpoint, held from 5-11 p.m. on March 17, was set up at North Santa Monica Boulevard and Crescent Drive.

Of the 1,300 drivers who crossed the checkpoint, 427 were screened by police, according to a department news release.

The next DUI checkpoint in Beverly Hills will be set up in September; a specific date has not been set.
