Coronavirus Test Sites Closed Wednesday Due To LA County Unrest
A number of coronavirus testing sites remained closed Wednesday due to ongoing unrest in Los Angeles. Find the list here.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A state of emergency declared in Los Angeles County due to the ongoing protests over police violence has forced several coronavirus testing sites to remain closed Wednesday, officials announced.
The testing sites that have closed or will close early are:
- LA City testing sites:
- Hansen Dam Recreational Center: 11798 Foothill Blvd., Lake View Terrace, CA 91342
- Lincoln Park: 3501 Valley Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90095
- Warner Center: 6097 Canoga Ave., Woodland Hills, CA 91367
- VA Parking Lot: 15 100 Constitution Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90095
- LA County testing sites:
- South Bay Galleria: 1815 Hawthorne Blvd., Redondo Beach, CA 90278
- Bellflower City Hall (closing at 11 a.m.): 16600 Civic Center Drive, Bellflower, CA 90706
- Charles R. Drew University Campus (closing at 2:30 p.m.): 1731 E 120th St. Los Angeles, CA 90059
- California State University, Los Angeles (closing at 5 p.m.): 5151 State University Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90032
- ChapCare Pasadena (closing at 5 p.m.): 1595 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91104
- ChapCare Vacco Health Center (closing at 5 p.m.): 10408 Vacco Street, Suite A, South El Monte CA 91733-3328
- Harbor-UCLA Medical Center (closing at 5 p.m.): 1000 West Carson Street, Bldg N26., Torrance, CA 90502
- Hawthorne Memorial Center–Betty Ainsworth Sports Center (closing at 4 p.m.): 3851 W El Segundo Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250
- Los Angeles County - Crenshaw Area Office (closing at 5 p.m.): 3606 West Exposition Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90016
- Santa Monica College (closing at 5 p.m.): 2800 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90405
- West Jordan High School (closing at 5 p.m.): 171 W. Bort St. Long Beach, CA 90805
The county will update its online list of testing sites with any new closures.

The city and nation have been rocked by ongoing protests stemming from the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis May 25.
Many of these protests have begun and ended peacefully, but looting and fires prompted officials to declare a state of emergency Saturday and issue a countywide curfew Sunday.
