MSM Luxury Estates has just become the official exclusive real estate partner of ICN TV Network, an affiliate of Beauty Media from China, one of the largest Chinese language TV Networks covering the U.S. With this partnership, MSM Luxury Estates China Division has expanded their network of clientele and investors and has successfully represented large developers from China with their overseas investments.
According to the LA Times, a wave of Chinese investment continues to sweep through downtown Los Angeles as buyers from Shanghai Greenland Group have paid nearly $150 million for land near the 110 Freeway where a billion-dollar mixed-use complex is on the drawing board.
